Hope In The Midst Of Grief

When you feel like giving up, when all else has failed, when your heart is so full of grief and despair and all you do is put up a wall between you and others, I'm here to tell you that there is hope in the midst of grief! It's not always about yourself, so why put a wall up between you and others? It's not right or fair to others around you. Have you ever thought of that? The Bible says that we are only to grieve for a short period of time, knowing that we will see our loved ones someday again, knowing that God is our hope through the midst of grief. When you go through deep waters I will be with you, and through the rivers they shall not overflow thee; when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. Isaiah 43:2 He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning, or crying, or pain, for the old odour of things has passed away." Romans 21:4

English poet "William Cowper" describes grief itself as medicine. Sometimes grief cleanses the anguish from our souls and set's us back upon the path of life so we can do the work that God has called us to do. Grieving is the process God uses to bring us to a place of wholeness. Grieving is His way of saying that we just need to take a break, it is a necessary part of our journey. Healing can be known as a form of grieving. Grieving is one of the most difficult times in your life, you're trying to balance the feelings of pain, and loss, anxiety, hurt, and sadness, over everyday life. But you know what? There are people out there that have had far more pain than any of us have ever faced. Be thankful that God has kept you and your loved ones from anything serious. Remember that we can turn to God's word for ease and comfort during this time of grief. I hope ya'll enjoyed today's little post. If any of you would like prayer please comment below, and I would be more than happy to pray for you. I will be posting a new post every Saturday if you are interested. Until next time God's richest blessings upon you all Naomi*🙏🙏
