 Hello, my name is Naomi. I am a 16 year old homeschooled lover of Jesus. I enjoy music, art,knitting, cooking, golf and tennis ( the later I am just learning ). My family and I ( which consist of a dad, mom, 3 brothers, a sister, a Poppy and Nanny) have a music ministry called Still Waters Music. In the summer we set up our tent and have gospel meetings. They are always a joy and I look forward to summer time when the tent goes up. But as you all know fall is quickly approaching and the tent must come down, we however will continue to praise Jesus from the comfort of our warm cozy house. You are all probably wondering how I came up with the name "Joy For The Journey", for my blog. The Joy of the Lord is my strength and only in Him am I able to have joy in this journey of life. In a time so dark we need a Saviour, amen! I know this may look like it is hopeless for some of you having to deal with the coronavirus. Just remember this: through the blood into His presence you can boldly approach Him now. Every care you can cast upon Him for He cares for you. After they prayed the place where they were meeting was shaken. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly. Acts 4:31

Start proclaiming and speaking Jesus over your families!  Start speaking Jesus over darkness,  Jesus over fear,  Jesus over chaos, and craziness, Jesus in the streets, just proclaim His Name!  Start speaking the Name of Jesus! When you feel down, speak Jesus! When you feel sick, speak Jesus! when you are afraid, speak Jesus! When you are going through something that looks like a mountain so deep and dark, speak Jesus! Proclaim it over your bodies! Our bodies are the temples of the Holy Spirit. We are called to do His work, and His will for our lives.  Speak Jesus right now! Just lift up your hands and praise His Holy Name. For He alone is worthy of our praise! There is no other name on this earth, whereby; we must be saved! Lift up your hands and praise His Holy Name.
